Executive Leadership
As President and CEO of Acronym, John leads the company through continued success and rapid growth. His expertise in ICT and high-tech industries spans over 25 years and has enabled companies like Rogers, Avaya, Clearnet and 411.ca to achieve accelerated, sustainable growth. John holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.
John Papadakis
President & CEO
Robert leads Acronym’s Engineering and IT teams, responsible for designing, building and operating Acronym’s fibre network and IT infrastructure. Throughout his career, Robert has held positions in business and strategy development, engineering and operations with companies like Cisco Systems, Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Mobility and Group Telecom. Robert holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Vice President, Engineering and IT
Mukul leads Acronym’s Finance and Regulatory teams, responsible for financial accounting, reporting, planning and compliance. He has held senior leadership positions in Finance with companies like Bell Canada and Sun Life Financial and brings over 20 years of telecom experience to his leadership role at Acronym. Mukul is a CPA and CGA and is a member of CPA Ontario.
Mukul Sarin
Vice President, Financial Services & Regulatory
Joe oversees Acronym’s marketing and product management activities, including brand development and defining the company’s product roadmap. He has held senior leadership positions in Marketing and Product Development with companies like AT&T Canada, Sprint Canada, Primus and Vonage. Joe holds an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Windsor.

Harri leads Acronym’s Operations teams and is responsible for incident and change management, second-level support and field services. Harri joined Acronym in 2002 and has held various progressive management roles in Engineering and Operations. Harri holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
Harrisankar Persaud
Vice President, Operations
Kevin oversees all business development initiatives and manages Carrier Services and the Project Management Office. He brings over 30 years of global experience in operations, engineering and business development with companies like Ledcor and Bell Canada. Kevin holds an Electronics and Communications Engineering diploma from Centennial College.
Kevin Harshaw
Vice President, Business Development
Neal leads Acronym’s Sales team and is responsible for delivering advanced communications solutions to new and existing customers. Neal has over 35 years of senior leadership experience in sales, including 11 years with Sprint Canada building their sales channels. He is also a founding partner in 411.ca, where he built a sales team of over 100 professionals and held the position of CEO until 2019. Neal holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Trent University and an executive MBA from Ivey Business School.
